I recently found this on one of my many late-night Stumble Upon binges... or perhaps on a random blog. I'm notoriously bad at saving links.
Regardless, this, combined with my upcoming move to Miami - city of beautiful people - leaves me, once again, inspired to lose weight.
When it comes to losing weight, unlike any other aspect in my life, I am logical, mathematical, and generally develop savant-like abilities to endlessly research the perfect formula for ideal weight loss. Unfortunately, that drive usually lasts about two days. Meh.
HW: 140 lbs, BMI: 24.1
CW: 135 lbs, BMI: 23.2
GW: 110 lbs, BMI: 18.9
My current goal is to reach 115 lbs by July 15 - just before the big move to Miami.
20 lbs in 12 weeks.
1.67 lbs per week.
5845 calorie deficit per week.
That leaves me with 417.5 calories to burn each day, in addition to consuming - at most - 1370 calories. We shall see.
